As an advertiser you agree that any personal details you include in your advertisement are provided at your own risk.

As an advertiser you agree to inform the Company at the time of placing your advertisement whether you are a private seller or a trader.
Under UK law you are legally required to differentiate between private and trade advertisements.
I confirm that the details and descriptions I have supplied are accurate. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can postpone commencement of the advertisement until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired by notifying the Company that you wish to do so when you place the advertisement.
However, if you choose to have your advertisement appear on the Website immediately, you are electing to commence the Service immediately and you thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations.
All advertisements are checked by an editor before being displayed on the Website. You agree to allow the editor to change the content of the advertisement should the editor find any content that they deem to be unsuitable. The Company retains the right to remove any advertisement, which in our sole judgement violates this Agreement. By posting content to any public area of the Service, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing. Once payment has been received and an advertisement has been made visible on the Website, the Company is not able to offer a full or partial refund.
